SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack jodan tsuki.

UKETE: Step back at an angle in sanchin dachi , jodan uke. Adjust distance by bringing front leg back and back leg forward in sanchin dachi. Jodan tsuki with other arm.

BUNKAI #3 (CLICK FOR GLOSSARY)

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack chudan tsuki.

UKETE: Step back at an angle in sanchin dachi , chudan uke. Adjust distance by bringing front leg back and back leg forward in sanchin dachi. Rear leg chudan mae geri. Land forward and chudan empi uchi.

BUNKAI #5 (CLICK FOR GLOSSARY)

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack chudan tsuki.

UKETE: Step back at an angle in zenkutsu dachi , chudan uke with front arm, other arm over the top to catch SEMETE wrist. Slide in with double punch then push.

BUNKAI #2 (CLICK FOR GLOSSARY)

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack gedan tsuki.

UKETE: Step sideways shiko dachi, gedan barai. Strike uraken uchi sliding towards SEMETE in shiko dachi if required.
